Loved the Italian breakfast, especially the sweets! Enjoyed the relaxing garden, although I had to fight off a flock of seagulls for a seat. The restaurant served delicious traditional food, although the portion sizes were more suited for ants.

The complimentary wireless Internet was so fast that it made my head spin.

My go-to place in Assisi! The staff made me and my old parents feel welcome right from the start. This place has it all - Wi-Fi, parking, pool, restaurant, and more. Can't wait to come back for my next trip.

Great location with easy access to the town and train station. Inexpensive city bus stop right in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast selection from their first-rate restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern facilities. Remarkable view of Assisi from the hotel.

The owner Giorgio, was extremely help ful and was there for us when we needed him The B&B is ideally located to see the interesting sites around Assisi, as the bus stops right outside the oor both coming and going. They have an excellent restaurant for dinner.

The Bellavista Restaurant was excellent. We ate every meal there and were never disappointed. Prices were very reasonable and the quality was outstanding!

I stayed at Bella Vista for a few days and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside and just a bus ride away from Assisi. The bus stop right in front of the property made it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The family-owned restaurant served delicious meals at reasonable prices, and Giorgio and Giancarlo were fantastic hosts. I loved having a patio with a view of Assisi, and the staff, although not fluent in English, were friendly and accommodating. The small but clean bathroom and the pool were additional highlights of my stay.

Breakfast

I had a fantastic Easter break at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The heating system worked well, and there was always plenty of hot water in the shower. The breakfast spread was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located between the train station and Assisi town, making it easy to get around. The huge parking lot was a big plus for those of us who drove to the hotel.

Although my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of downsides. The pool was quite busy and had a lot of noise, as it was open to the public.

My children wanted a playground or outdoor activities specifically designed for younger kids.

I was overwhelmed by the warm hospitality. Giorgio (I hope I remember his name properly) provided a lot of information on Assisi, what to see, how to reach the city from the hotel and so on, and when I had some transportation issues to reach the conference centre which was quite far away he helped me a lot to find a solution. A great place to stay whether alone, as a couple or with the whole family.
